Payment will be charged to the user's provided payment method at confirmation of purchase.

3. Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time during the free trial period, and they will not be charged. To cancel, users can simply navigate to the settings section of the App and follow the cancellation instructions.

4. Email Marketing: By providing your email address during the registration process, you consent to receive marketing communications from BrightVox. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

5. User Conduct: Users are solely responsible for their conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, messages, or other materials ("Content") that they submit, post, or display on or via the App.
